IKEA leases 152,379-square-foot building in Danville

IKEA continues to put down roots in Danville. The furniture retailer has leased the 152,379-square-foot Prak Building.

IKEA already occupies a million-square-foot manufacturing facility on Swedwood Drive in Danville.

The new property, located at 240 Factory Lane behind the Brockway/Owens-Illinois Plant off of Wilkerson Road, was previously occupied by e-Toys, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

George Lupton of Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of IKEA while Norman Moon, also with Thalhimer, represented the landlord.
