Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports that idX Virginia and Service Tire Truck Center signed leases for space in Spotsylvania County during July.

Manufacturer idX Virginia leased 57,306 square feet of industrial space in McK Business Park at 3010 Mine Road.

The company create millwork, fixtures, décor and graphics for retail clients.

Virgil Nelson and Wilson H. Greenlaw Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.

Service Tire Truck Center leased 14,440 square feet of industrial space in the Sellica Building at 4951 Quality Drive.

The Pennsylvania-based tire company has five locations in Virginia.

Nelson handled the lease negotiations.
