ICF International, a Fairfax-based IT consulting firm, has named a former CSC executive as senior vice president and general manager for its cybersecurity business.
Samuel Visner served as vice president and general manager at CSC Global Cybersecurity, where he was responsible for the cyber business and global service delivery for worldwide government and commercial clients. Previously, he was senior vice president at SAIC and chief of Signals Intelligence programs at the National Security Agency.
Visner is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University where he teaches cybersecurity policy and operations. He is an associate at the National Intelligence Council and is an adviser to the U.S. national security community.
