ICF International has named Simon Morris to be vice president of its aviation practice.

Morris was a principal of A.T. Kearney’s airport practice, where he specialized in strategic airport projects, including acting as an adviser to airports and to investors and manufacturers interested in private-equity interest. Before that, he was a director of LeighFisher’s European airport practice.

Morris will focus on building ICF SH&E’s work in airport transaction to include comprehensive business and strategic planning for airports, their owners and investors.
