ICF International acquires Chicago technology company

ICF International of Fairfax has acquired CITYTECH Inc., a Chicago technology company with annual revenues of about $16 million.

CITYTECH specializes in enterprise applications development, web management, mobile application development and cloud services. CITYTECH has about 100 employees.

ICF says the acquisition will complement services offered by ICF Interactive, which combines user experience, creative services, systems integration, marketing and e-commerce solutions to government and commercial clients.

The company did not disclose acquisition details.
