The Virginia Port Authority has retained executive search firm Boyden to help it find the next leader of the Port of Virginia.
Boyden helped the VPA in its 2007 search, when it hired Jerry Bridges as its executive director. Bridges retired in October, and Rodney W. Oliver has been serving as interim executive director since then.
The search for the next CEO of the VPA will be lead by Tim McNamara, managing director of Boyden’s Baltimore and Washington, D.C., offices, and head of its transportation and infrastructure practice.
