Hill Phoenix Inc. has leased an additional 90,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space in Bermuda Industrial Park in Chesterfield County. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the location, to be used for warehouse and manufacturing of refrigerant products, will supplement space Hill Phoenix currently occupies in Chester.
The company, based in Conyers, Ga., designs and manufactures commercial refrigerated display cases and specialty products, including refrigeration systems.
Also in Bermuda Industrial Park, Thalhimer reports that Nick Supersales Unlimited has renewed a 12,000-square-feet lease, Dynamic Packaging renewed for 10,000 square feet and Chad’s Delivery Service renewed its lease of 17,700 square feet.
APS and Sons will lease 27,000 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 12600 Bermuda Triangle Road. The company plans to use the space for warehousing and distribution of plastic pallets.
Franklin Bell and Gregg W. Beck of Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Fullerton Corp.
