Hewlett-Packard has renewed a 425,000-square-foot lease at the White Oak Distribution Center in Henrico County. Rob Dirom of CBRE-Richmond handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
In other leases announced by CBRE-Richmond:
Advance Trailer Systems leased two buildings totaling 129,000 square feet at Alleghany Warehouse Co.’s Commerce Road facility in Richmond. Dirom represented the tenant in the transactions.
CIGNA Health and Life Insurance renewed a 16,131-square-foot lease on the 20th floor at the James Center, 901 East Cary St. in Richmond. Zach Roski, Tom Vozenilek and Alexander Hamilton handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
Chesterfield Employment Services renewed for 14,522 square feet of space at sites on Whitepine Road in Chesterfield. Malcolm Randolph, John Carpin and Matt Anderson handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
