Herndon-based data analytics firm Illuminate has named Tameika Hollis as president and Scott Crane as chief financial officer, according to an April 12 announcement.

Hollis previously served as Illuminate’s chief operations officer and joined the company in 2020 after nearly 17 years as a program manager and executive at Northrop Grumman, according to her LinkedIn account.

Crane has more than 24 years experience in the federal services sector and has spent the last decade working in CFO roles for private-equity backed companies.

News of the moves comes as Illuminate has been selected as an awardee on several Department of Defense contracts, including a $12.6 billion, 10-year contract to deliver IT and technical support to the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency; a $450 million, 8-year engineering contract for the Joint Warfare Analysis Center and a 10-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for IT services for the Air Force with a $46 billion ceiling.

“With our additional capital, contract awards and a clear strategy to serve our mission-focused defense and commercial clients, we are enthusiastic about our prospects for the remainder of 2022 and beyond,” Hollis said in a statement.
