Parham Forest Industrial Park in Henrico County has sold for more than $6.4 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group announced Tuesday.
Richmond-based Remuda Forest Investment Company LLC bought the property, and was represented by Eric Robinson. Gregg W. Beck represented the buyer. Both Robinson and Beck are with Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group. Parham Forest Associates was the previous owner of the industrial park, which had owned the property since 1985, according to county records.
The 68,097-square-foot center located on East Parham Road is fully leased to tenants including medical suppliers, residential construction, food services and security solutions businesses. The property is worth $95 per square foot.
