Ice Zone Shops near downtown Short Pump in western Henrico County has sold for $8.32 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Thursday.

Florida-based Advanced Properties Ltd. purchased the 62,657-square-foot building from Colony Lake LLC. Catharine Spangler, Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy handled the sale.

The center, located at 4350 Pouncey Tract Road, was 97% leased to six tenants at the time of the sale and has Downtown Short Pump — a retail center anchored by Regal Cinemas and Barnes & Noble — as a shadow anchor.
