Doswell Family LLC has purchased a Forest Office Park building in Henrico County for $3.1 million.

The Dale building is a 38,649-square-foot, two-story Class B office building. It is located in Forest Office Park, a 19-building portfolio located at the intersection of Three Chopt Road and Forest Avenue.

It’s convenient to Interstate 64, hotels, restaurants and retail.
