Henrico County office building sells for $1.4 million

Buckhill Partners LLC purchased a 15,000-square-foot office building within the Monument Corporate Center in Henrico County from Blue Chip Properties LLC for $1.4 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the sale of 5000 Monument Avenue, the new buyer bought it as an investment.

Thalhimer’s James Ashby IV handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
