The Healthcare Distribution Management Association has renewed a 15,000-square-foot lease at 901 N. Glebe Road in Arlington County’s Ballston neighborhood.
In the early renewal transaction, Cresa Washington D.C. Managing Principal Gene Sachs and Senior Vice President Daniel Klueger represented HDMA, a national association representing primary health-care distributors.
HDMA Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Ann Bittman said in a statement that the association renegotiated its lease so it can remain in a building “that we like and that accommodates the needs of our organization.”
Piedmont Office Realty Trust, based in Johns Creek, Ga., owns the 333,948-square-foot property known as Arlington Gateway.
