Bon Secours Health System is offering a telehealth app that gives patients access to health providers at any time.
The service, Bon Secours 24/7, is available without an appointment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Bon Secours 24/7 can be accessed using a mobile device or tablet, or by logging in to a secure website from a desktop computer.
Bon Secours, which has hospitals in the Richmond and Hampton Roads areas, made the service available to its employees nationwide starting Jan. 7. Now it is available to patients throughout the commonwealth.
Bon Secours 24/7 is another step by the health system to provide care outside a hospital or a physician’s office.
Last year, Bon Secours opened four Bon Secours FastCare locations in Virginia, two in Richmond and two in Hampton Roads.
FastCare provides care for patients needing non-emergency medical services including vaccinations, screenings and treatment of minor illnesses.
