A Virginia Beach restaurant property has new owners.

Paleteq Inc. has purchased for $1.6 million the property at 1784 General Booth Boulevard, according to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.

The 5,107-square-foot building sits on 1.09 acres.

The sellers in the deal were JSB Partners LLC & Mulligan Bread Co. LLC.

S.L. Nusbaum’s Chris Zarpas and Ross Weinstein represented the sellers in the deal.
