Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has reported three recent lease transactions in the Hampton
Roads area involving 10,000 square feet or more.
Cal Cartage leased 71,950 square feet of warehouse space in Nansemond Storage at 115 Dill Road in Suffolk. William Throne handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
The Cage Inc. leased 12,870 square feet in Mt. Pleasant Village Shopping Center at 1457 Mt. Pleasant Road in Chesapeake. Eric Stanley handled lease negotiations.
The Virginia Department of General Services leased 11,139 square feet in a build to suit from Armada Hoffler at Parcel 7 of the Courthouse Marketplace in Virginia Beach. Stanley and Christopher Good represented the landlord, and Lang Williams represented the tenant.
