An investment group of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate has bought the Hampton Plaza Shopping Center for $8.7 million.
COVA Acquisitions Once LLC purchased the 173,199-square-foot property, which is located on 12.36 acres at 4019 West Mercury Boulevard in Hampton.
The shopping center is 86 percent leased. Its tenants include Ollies, Food Lion, Harbor Freight Tools, Citi Trends, Pet World, Family Dollar, Tune Up Plus, McDonald’s and Hair Cuttery.
The buyer was represented by Ryan King and Michael Allen of Harvey Lindsay. The seller, Earle W. Associates Inc., was represented by Mike Zarpas of S.L. Nusbaum.
Harvey Lindsay will lease and manage the property.
