The General Services Administration has renewed its lease for more than 40,000 square feet of space in Newport News.

The agency occupies 41,348 square feet in the SunTrust Building at 11817 Canon Boulevard.

Virginia Beach-based Divaris Real Estate Inc. manages and leases the building.

Chris Bendit of Divaris’ Newport News office handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Oyster Point Investors LP.
