Ohio car wash company purchased Norfolk business in May

Green Clean Express Auto Wash, a Norfolk business acquired by Ohio-based Express Wash Concepts in May, plans to open more than 20 car wash locations throughout Hampton Roads, Richmond and Charlottesville by the second quarter of 2022. As part of its expansion, Green Clean purchased an acre in Virginia Beach for $1,794,500, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and Green Clean Auto Wash announced Thursday.
Green Clean Holdings purchased the land at 3112 Virginia Beach Blvd. from Truist Bank. There are currently four Green Clean Express Auto Wash locations open, five under construction, and this location is one of three future locations to be built.
Wick Smith of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of Green Clean Holdings.
