North Bay Group in Virginia Beach has purchased the 100-unit Great Bridge Apartments for an undisclosed price.
According to CBRE|Hampton Roads, the complex is one of eight properties offered for sale as part of 1,640-unit portfolio on behalf of Baltimore-based Property Capital Group.
Great Bridge is a garden-style community in the Great Bridge neighborhood near Battlefield Boulevard. The unit mix consists of 30 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom units. Most units were improved with new kitchens and baths within the last two years.
Senior Vice President Dan W. Johnson and Vice President Hank Hankins of CBRE|Hampton Roads represented the seller, Property Capital Group.
