Goodwill Industries buys building in Short Pump for $3 million

Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia Inc. has purchased a 22,802-square-foot building at 4200 Brookriver Drive in Short Pump from Raedar Inc. for $3 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Goodwill plans an additional retail store at the 3.3-acre location in Henrico County.

Goodwill operates more than 20 job training and career development programs, which serve more than 15,000 people annually.

Nicki Jassy of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
