Givens Inc. has leased 49,801 square feet at 2620 Indian River Road in Chesapeake. Glen Gibson, senior vice president of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate, represented the property owner, Indian River Associates LLC, in lease negotiations.

In other deals for Harvey Lindsay in Hampton Roads, Schock Metal America has leased 16,400 square feet at 1230 Scholastic Way in Chesapeake. Chip Worley, a senior vice president, represented the owner, Chesapeake Properties LLC.

Southeast Connections LLC has leased 20,504 feet at 4550 Bainbridge Blvd. in Chesapeake. Worley also represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
