The General Services Administration has renewed a 41,348-square-foot lease for office space in the SunTrust Building at 11817 Canon Blvd. Newport News.

Chris Bendit of the Newport News office of Divaris Real Estate Inc.handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Oyster Point Investors LP.
