A medical office building in Fredericksburg sold for $2.6 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Wednesday.
Nashville-based real estate private equity firm Excelsior Capital Group LLC purchased the 13,786-square-foot property from DJK Properties as an investment. Located at 1011 Care Way, the building sits on the Mary Washington Hospital Campus.
Two Mary Washington Hospital tenants occupied the building at the time of the sale, and the rest of the property will be occupied by Oracle Heart and Vascular, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
Wilson H. Greenlaw of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale on behalf of the seller.
