Former school sold in Stafford County for $7.2 million

The former Fredericksburg Christian School in Stafford County has been sold for $7.2 million.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said Stafford County Public Schools purchased the campus at 101 Shepherds Way from Fredericksburg Christian Educational Services Inc.

The property includes a 39,000-square-foot building situated on approximately 21 acres.

Virgil Nelson and Wilson H. Greenlaw Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
