Former Leidos executive named CFO of NCI

NCI announced Wednesday that James Collier has joined the company as chief financial officer and treasurer.

Collier was senior vice president of corporate planning and analysis for government contractor Leidos Inc. He led strategic and financial aspects of the merger between Leidos and Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems and Global Solutions unit.

While at Lockheed he was vice president of business operations for several Lockheed Martin operating companies.

Collier has degrees in business administration and communications from the University of Washington.

NCI is an IT contractor based in Reston.
