Melinda Hancock has joined certified public accounting firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP as a partner in its Richmond office. Hancock will be part of the firm’s national health-care consulting practice, DHG Healthcare.
Melinda Hancock will be responsible for developing the health-care practice’s next-generation financial modeling products and services related to a variety of revenue transformation “volume to value” business issues, including the transition from fee-for-service to new payment models.
Prior to joining DHG Healthcare, Hancock was senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Bon Secours Virginia Health System. She was responsible for all financial functions for the Bon Secours seven hospital system in the Virginia market and system wide leadership for financial aspects of reform and clinical transformation efforts.
Dixon Hughes Goodman is the 15th largest certified public accounting firm in the nation, with more than 1,800 in 11 states.
