A former bank branch building in Roanoke has been sold.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reported that BRLR VA LLC purchased the 2,603 square foot building at 1828 Electric Road for $775,000 as an investment.
The seller of the property, which is situated on 1.05 acres, is Branch Banking and Trust Co. (BB&T)
Jessica Gauldin of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and John K. Nielsen and Norman Moon, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
