$2M mixed-use project will also include office building

A five-story apartment complex will be built at the intersection of Maywill and Thalbro Streets in Henrico County, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Tuesday.
Bristol Maywill Partners LLC purchased the 2.1 acres of land for $2 million from 2001 Maywill LLC.
The apartment complex will be part of a mixed-use development, which will include a five-story office building, which will be the headquarters for Henrico County-based Kinsale Insurance, and a 630-space parking deck.
The apartment complex, to be called Tapestry West, will be built by Franklin, Tennessee-based Bristol Development Group LLC. Construction is expected to begin in June.
Thalhimer Senior Vice President David M. Smith and Bristol Development Group Chief Investment Officer David Hanchrow have previously worked together on developments in Richmond, Bristol and Norfolk.
