First Potomac Realty Trust signs nearly 90,000 square feet in leases in Hampton Roads

First Potomac Realty Trust reports four lease transactions totaling 89,233 square feet in the Hampton Roads market.

Mid-Atlantic Maritime Academy signed a lease for an extension and expansion at Norfolk Commerce Park. The academy will occupy a total of 31,085 square feet, which represents a 10,252-square-foot expansion. Don Crigger with CBRE represented the tenant, and Perry Frazer and Matt Wilbricht with CBRE represented First Potomac. The lease expansion brings Norfolk Commerce Park to 100% leased.

A government contracting company renewed a 43,984-square-foot lease at Crossways Commerce Center IV in Chesapeake.  Peter Abraham with Harvey Lindsay and Matt Sonne with JLL represented the tenant, and Perry Frazer and Matt Wilbricht with CBRE represented First Potomac. The property is currently 100% leased.

BT Conferencing also renewed an existing 13,355-square-foot lease at Crossways Commerce Center. Chris Todd with Colliers International represented BT Conferencing, and Perry Frazer and Matt Wilbricht with CBRE represented First Potomac.

A defense technology company renewed a 21,642-square-foot lease at Greenbrier Circle Corporate Center. Mike Altman with Cassidy Turley represented the tenant, and Perry Frazer and Matt Wilbricht with CBRE represented First Potomac.
