Four years have passed since Stack, John Song and Alex Sevilla left the government services sector at California-based investment bank Houlihan Lokey to lead government services investment banking for Wisconsin-based Baird Financial Group. At the time, Stack said that she chose to join her two decades of experience in investment banking with the employee-owned international financial services firm because its company culture fit with her own philosophies.
Describing 2021 as an “amazing year” on LinkedIn, Stack posted a link about Baird’s government and defense mergers and acquisitions team closing 21 transactions totaling more than $7.5 billion in aggregate value. At Houlihan Lokey, Stack’s team executed more than 35 transactions with a total value of $6 billion between 2014 and 2017.
Stack graduated with a degree in economics from Duke University and studied at the London School of Economics. She sits on the boards of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital board of directors. She’s also a board member for ERP International LLC, a digital, business process management and health solutions provider.
