The list of retail tenants is growing at 5th Street Station, a 465,000-square-foot shopping center under development on 72 acres, just south of Charlottesville
Divaris Real Estate Inc. reports that it has signed five leases totaling 66,900 square feet of retail space at the $153 million center that is scheduled to open in spring of 2016.
Haverty’s Furniture, a home furnishings retailer with more than100 showrooms in 16 states in the Southern and Midwestern regions, has leased 35,000 square feet of space.
A.C. Moore, a specialty retailer of arts, crafts and floral merchandise, leased 19,500 square feet at the intersection of 5th Street and Bent Creek Parkway.
Timberwood Tap House, which operates Timberwood Grill in North Charlottesville, has chosen 5th Street for a second location in the city. The tap house, which serves an American menu and craft beer, leased 6,200 square feet.
Previously announced leases for 5th Street Station include Wegmans, Field & Stream, PetSmart, Panera Bread, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Larry Agnew, Mary McGovern, Zach Means and Erica Rorrer of DRE handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, 5th Street Station Ventures LLC.
