Prior to becoming CEO of the aerospace and defense contractor, Warden served as its president and chief operating officer, responsible for the management of the company’s four sectors as well as its enterprise services organization. She also led the integration of aerospace company Orbital ATK Inc. into Northrop Grumman following its 2018 acquisition of Orbital.
Ranked No. 101 in the Fortune 500, Northrop Grumman is the world’s fourth largest defense contractor. In January, NG won a five-year, $1.4 billion U.S. Army contract and in December 2021 was awarded a NASA booster production and operations contract valued up to $3.19 billion.
A graduate of James Madison University and George Washington University, Warden is vice chair of Greater Washington Partnership and a member of Merck & Co. Inc.’s board of directors.
