Keith Kapp will oversee data science, engineering, cybersecurity for Customer Value Partners Inc.

Fairfax-based business and technology consulting company Customer Value Partners Inc. (CVP) named Keith Kapp as its chief technology officer, the company announced Thursday.
As CTO, Kapp will oversee business transformation, technology modernization, data science, engineering and cybersecurity at the company.
Kapp most recently served as chief information officer and vice president of information technology and services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Inc. (BCBSKS). Before his time at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, he worked at CVP for six years as an executive director. In total, he has more than 32 years of experience.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from West Virginia University.
CVP was founded in 2002 and has strategic partnerships with Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MuleSoft Inc., Pegasystems Inc. and UI Path.
