McLean–based E3 Federal Solutions has merged with The Sentinel Co., a Vienna.-based government services and solutions provider.
The offerings of the combined company, E3/Sentinel, include mission consulting, information technology, program management, systems engineering and technical services, supporting several areas including defense, intelligence and homeland/national security.
E3 Federal Solutions is a Washington Business Journal Best Places to Work awardee, a five-time Virginia Chamber of Commerce Fantastic 50 honoree, a six-time Inc. 5000 honoree, and a three-time Washington Technology FAST 50 honoree.
As a unified company, E3/Sentinel will be led by CEO Andy Maner. Everett Johnson will continue to serve as president of E3, guiding day-to-day operations.
E3/Sentinel is a NewSpring Holdings company. Founded in 1999, NewSpring has $1.7 billion in assets under management.
