Have you ever wanted to learn what Baldrige examiners learn but lacked the time required to actually serve as an SPQA examiner conducting a review of an application for the Senate Productivity and Quality award?
This year, we have opened our examiner training class for individuals just like you. The benefits of this training are just too great not to. Non-examiners will train alongside our selected 2020 examiners and will learn to apply the Baldrige 6-step process to the review of a case study organization. This training can help you help your organization adopt a Baldrige-mindset and perhaps help it complete an award application.
Training is conducted in a workshop format. All attendees will be required to complete a 30-40 hour assignment in advance of the training to help ensure everyone is familiar with the case study that will be used in training. Prior knowledge of the Baldrige Criteria is recommended but not required. If you would like to register for the Jan. 7 Baldrige 101: Criteria workshop, do so here.
