Leadership Metro Richmond Presents New Programs This Spring

As nonprofits navigate challenges brought forth by the COVID-19 pandemic, they look at their financial bottom line to decide what to increase and what to decrease.  In this session. Myra Goodman Smith (LMR ’06) and Vikki Keszey (LMR ’18) will share Leadership Metro Richmond’s experience and tools to develop a nonprofit sustainability matrix, to assess the mission impact and profitability of programs. The results will show how each program contributes to the organization’s impact and financial viability, providing a more objective, comprehensive standard to informing decision-making on their continuation.
