LMR Fall Board Connector at The Collaboratory of Virginia at UTurn 

Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) is pleased to announce that our bi-annual Board Connector will take place at The Collaboratory of Virginia at U-Turn, on September 28, 2022, from 5:30-7:30 pm. This free networking event brings together community leaders in search of board opportunities with nonprofit organizations in a casual, open-house atmosphere to engage and connect. Board Connector fosters increased civic engagement across all sectors and advances equity in leadership through board service. 

“We are calling on diverse community leaders interested in service and building a stronger Richmond community to attend our Fall Board Connector. Board Connector aims to improve the diversity of leaders engaged with Richmond-area nonprofits.” said Myra Goodman Smith, President & CEO of LMR. 

This event is open to the public. Individuals and nonprofits that want to participate, please register at www.lmronline.org/board-connector/ LMR recommends that event attendees review guidance from local health departments and the Center for Disease Control regarding COVID-19 before attending the event. Masks are OPTIONAL for participation in Board Connector. Event capacity will be limited to accommodate adequate physical distancing recommendations.
