Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework Workshop and Training

The Baldrige Excellence Framework is a proven methodology that through its guiding questions enables a comprehensive and holistic understanding of an organization. The Framework focuses on how an organization facilitates its processes related to leadership, strategy, customer, knowledge management, workforce, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders. The result is a more crystalized understanding of the organization highlighting opportunities for organizational improvement.

Training is facilitated by experienced and trained Baldrige examiners.
