Strengthening Nonprofit Boards & Financial Health
Leadership Metro Richmond Presents New Programs This Spring
Nonprofits have experienced unforeseen shifts in operations and are challenged to address the pandemic’s impacts on poverty, inequality, and well-being. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our economic and financial stability, in addition to our daily lives. While stimulus packages might help, challenges in accessing funds, the economic downturn, and social distancing restrictions create significant obstacles to nonprofits. In this session led by consultant and writer for BlueAvocado and The Nonprofit Quarterly, Suja Amir (LMR ’20), nonprofits of all sizes will receive cash management recommendations, information on the key factors to understand, and tools to assess an organization’s financial health.
Tuesday, May 4, 2021 / 9:00 – 10:00am / Zoom / $25 general registration
