Enterprise Holdings has purchased two properties in York County that will soon become the new Virginia operations center for its Enterprise Fleet Management affiliate.
Enterprise is the company that operates Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent a Car brands.
The new corporate office, training center and fleet management location will be located at the former President’s Park property, consisting of a 10,206-square-foot building on 10 acres, located near Water Country USA in Williamsburg. Enterprise, which is relocating from Newport News, bought the property for an undisclosed price from GAC-HEL Inc.The company’s Virginia administrative, human resources and accounting functions will relocate to 323 Alexander Lee Parkway, a 12,800-square-foot building in the Busch Industrial Park. The building and 6.4 acres of land offer space for future growth, Enterprise purchased the site from Swain Properties LLC.
