The Fairfield Inn & Suites at 104 West Cloverleaf Drive in Emporia has been sold for $6.5 million.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said that ASP Hotel LLC purchased the 82-room hotel property from Phillips Hospitality LLC.

G. David Butchello of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
