Fairfax-based ECS Federal Inc., which provides management and technical services to the federal government, has named its former president and chief operating officer as its CEO. George Wilson will replace Roy Kapani, the company’s founder and former CEO who will stay on as chairman of ECS Federal’s board.
Before joining the company, Wilson helped lead Stanley Inc., another federal contractor to over $900 million in annual revenue as an executive vice president and member of their board of directors.
ECS Federal expects to reach more than $250 million in annual revenue this year. According to ECS Federal’s official website, the company has more than 1,100 employees.
