TI Investments LC has bought a former office building on the Eastern Shore from Kellam Energy Inc. for $945,000.

The 16,117-square-foot property is situated on 3.17 acres at 36076 Lankford Highway in Belle Haven in Accomack County.

TI Investments bought the building as an investment and will use the property in its business.

Robert M. Thornton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
