Bryan Stygar has been named chief technology officer and Gregory Williams was appointed chief strategy officer at Chantilly-based Eagle Ray Inc., a business and technical services company.
Stygar and Williams are former executives at Kore Federal, which was acquired by Eagle Ray on Dec. 3.
Stygar served as Kore Federal’s chief technology officer, and Williams was a principal/owner of the company.
Stygar will be responsible for developing Eagle Ray’s strategy for technology platforms and partnerships and leading technical solution development.
Williams will focus on the company’s continued growth, working closely with the CEO to create and execute strategic initiatives and assisting in the formulation of revenue-generating strategies.
