The Town of Dumfries has purchased Dumfries Town Center for $5.125 million.

The 42,350-square-foot building is located at 17739 Main St. in downtown Dumfries, a submarket of Prince William County. It is located on 0.96 acres.

Jamie Scully and Wilson Greenlaw of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale on behalf of the seller.
