A 37,000-square-foot office building in Dumfries has been sold.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group said the Northpointe Center at 2525 Pointe Center Court in Dumfries sold for $4.8 million on Jan. 24.
The commercial real estate firm represented the seller in the sale.
The property was 100 percent leased to six tenants at the time of the sale.
Negotiations were handled by Calvin Griffith in Thalhimer’s Richmond office and assisted by Jamie A. Scully and Wilson H. Greenlaw in the firm’s Fredericksburg office.
Thalhimer also has been retained for exclusive leasing and property management.
Greenlaw and Scully are leading the leasing efforts. Paul A. Spellman is the portfolio manager for the property.
