DSW Shoes signs lease for Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach

DSW Shoe Warehouse will be joining the retailers at Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach. According to Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE), the discount shoe retailer will lease 15,040 square feet of the existing Sears store located at 4588 Virginia Beach Blvd.

Mary McGovern and Sezin Cortinas of the Virginia Beach office of DRE handled lease negotiations on behalf of DSW. The store plans to open during the fourth quarter and will be joined by Nordstrom Rack and REI in 2016.

DSW Shoe Warehouse originated in Dublin, Ohio, and has grown to more than 400 stores nationwide. The transaction marks DSW’s fourth location in Hampton Roads.
