Drew Wiltshire named president of Thalhimer Realty Partners

Andrew “Drew” B. Wiltshire has been promoted to president at Richmond-based Thalhimer Realty Partners. Wilshire joined the company in 2005 and has been instrumental in identifying acquisition opportunities in Virginia and the Carolinas.  He will be responsible for the continued strategic direction and management of Thalhimer Realty Partners, and also will continue to lead Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Residential Property Services Group.

Mark H. Slusher has been promoted to senior vice president. Slusher joined the firm in 1999 and has developed and directed more than $125 million in real estate projects and transactions during the past 14 years. Slusher will continue to focus on commercial land and building development, along with structuring real estate solutions for institutional clients.

Matthew J. Raggi has been promoted to vice president.  He joined the firm in 2011 and has identified acquisition opportunities in new and existing markets. He also manages Thalhimer Realty Partners’ existing portfolio of commercial and multi-family properties.

Jeffrey S. Bisger, formerly president of Thalhimer Realty Partners, has been named chairman of the company’s board. He was instrumental in the founding of Thalhimer Realty Partners (formerly TGM Realty Investors) in 1999, and in the firm’s overall growth, which now encompasses more than $265 million in assets.
